Generation of computer:

                                                The classification of generation of computer mainly based on the basis                                                       devices used . Each generation is characharised  by dramatic improvement  over  the previous generation in the technology used to built the computer ,the internal organization of computer system and programming language.

         1.Fist generation of computer:

                                  In this generation of computer was the large built with operating and value was                            based on the principle of thermonic emission. 

      2.second generation of computer :

                                   The smaller and more reliable computer built with trantion are called second generation of computer.They were less expensive,smaller in size,store capacity 100000.

   3.Third generation of computer:

                                   Computer made with silicon chips called third generation of computer.The operating speed in nanosecond,storage capacicity upto half a million.

    4.Fourth generation of computer:

                                               The more processor based computer are called fourth generation of computer.It was highly reliable occurate.
